しらす干しチャーハン

しらす干しでチャーハンを作りました。

しらすの旨味と塩けが卵と絡み合いとても美味しいです。

隣は昨日の夕飯の残り物のポテトサラダです。

しらすは、駿河湾の名産。

中でも生で食べる”生しらす”は、お酒のおつまみに絶品です。

近年漁獲高が低下し、貴重品になってきました。

これも地球温暖化の影響でしょうか?
